Can some stupid kid sue me for posting something on facebook?

To make a long story short, this kid killed a dog a few months back and it was a biiiiig deal. He got a lot of hate on his Facebook page. I'll be the first to admit I was one of the haters. Recently he posted something along the lines of how he "needs to get my life together". I posted a picture of the kind of dog he killed that said "murdered" on it in the comments. He sent me a message saying he'd sue me for harassment.

Kinda doubt he can do that, for two reasons:
1) He never asked to stop the comments until now.
2) This is something he actually did. It's not slander.

BUT if I'm wrong I'd like to know and for what reasons. I don't want to get sued so I'll leave the kid alone, but he deserves what he got and then some, in my opinion.

that was kind of funny lol but no, he cant sue you if this was his first time telling you to stop because that is not harrasment

he cant sue you because he never asked you to stop until now so i would just stop now before he really can sue you

Someone can sue you for anything... and I'd count that as harassment. But he can even sue you for calling him stupid in the question, but I will probably guarantee you that he will not sue you, and he was just trying to scare you into leaving him alone.

But seriously, knock it off. No one likes being made fun of or anything of the sorts, so just ignore the dude, and if he really wants to, he can sue you.

First of all.
Are you 18 if not then no.
Second are you a minority? If so and he does try something call the NAACP. Claim it's out of hate.
Third it's not harassment if he never asked or demanded it to stop. Fourth. And if you posted it and never mentioned his name or posted it on your profile he can't do anything. He is probably one of those dip sh*t sheltered brats that is just repeating something he saw on TV and knows absolutely nothing about. I can't stand those kids I just want to knock the sh*t out of them

That's what's wrong with people today they are Whitney little bastards ready to sue people for anything I don't think he will but if he does he is a crybaby like 65% of the world
