Can we change the description of the patent?

for example patent of FM transmitter, we change the description of FM transmitter and its different with data description from US patent and copyrights (not different by means, but by word, eg;data from US patent and copyrights is 1+1=2, and i use 4-2=2).

Once a patent issues, you're limited to only certain changes by Certificate of Correction. See the link below.
