Cell phone blocker sale, legal? laws?
Is it legal to sell cell phone blockers from the US? Now, I am not selling to the US nor am I shipping anything out of the US. I am the middle man for another company that works outside the US. I simply recieve the money from the customer and then tell the company where to send it. I am NOT shipping into the US. Cell phone blockers will never actually enter the US. This law is not very clearly answered anywhere online and I would like a definitive answer. Thanks!

Please serious answers only.

Additional Details
I understand they are illegal in the US. Please read the question thoroughly. Will I get in trouble as the middle man as I propose? The US will never see the blockers my man in another country ships them for me to other countries (not the US). Thanks.

Cell phone blocker sale, legal? laws?

How did you get involved as the middle man in this transaction? Something shady is going on here. Why does the seller need a middle man? Obviously they don't want to risk getting caught, so they are shifting the burden to you. This is a scam, don't get involved.

It is not illegal for a US company to make a cell phone blocker and sell it to a foreign customer. However, there are several other laws you need to be aware of. For example, if the money you get from the "customer" is returned unpaid, you will be on the hook.
