I just bought a great car that I love; the only problem is one of the features of ALL STANDARD 2012 Chrysler 200 Limited's is they come with a 40 GB hard drive (uconnect) with 28 GB available. I am a Computer Engineer, so I know that 12GB of the hard drive is used for DMR features, digital media recorder (similiar to DVR), giving us the ability to REWIND through satellite radio songs we've listened to.
I analyzed the hard drive by simply going into Manage HDD on the Uconnect navigation touch screen and it says only 11 GB available. I then hacked through the USB port, using a JTAG, to find the Hard drive is only 25 GB.
Anyway, The INVOICE from online, from the window sticker, AND the signed invoice all say its suppose to have the standard 40 GB with 28GB available. I have another invoice that says 20GB available but either way, 11 GB available is NOWHERE near 20 or 28GB.
By law shouldnt they have to fix it. I signed for what I read on paper, not what I saw in the car.
