Legality of selling cell phone blockers to other countries?

Is it legal to sell cell phone jammers from the US? Now, I am not selling to the US nor am I shipping anything out of the US. I am the middle man for another company that works outside the US. I simply receive the money from the customer and then tell the company where to send it. I am NOT shipping into the US. Cell phone blockers will never actually enter the US. This law is not very clearly answered anywhere online and I would like a definitive answer. Thanks!

I understand they are illegal in the US. Please read the question thoroughly. Will I get in trouble as the middle man as I propose? The US will never see the blockers my man in another country ships them for me to other countries (not the US). Thanks.
