Central Legal Services?

I received a call on my cell phone today from Andrea Cunningham at Central Legal Services. Not sure of where they are located, the number was listed as a "private" number. She stated it was in regard to someone filing a restraining order against me and that I had to appear. She said to tell my lawyer to call them or call myself. The number she left is 1-813-863-1961 which is in the Tampa FL area. Is this bullsh*t or what? I am wondering if they got my cell number from class action lawsuits I have filed with. I do not have another number so they only have my cell. Does anyone get these calls?

I got this number too on my phone yesterday. It was a man who said that his name is Frank Robinson but he said all of the same things that you said. He left the message on my answering machine and it was rather threatening sounding. I think that it is bull because there is absolutely nothing that they would be calling me for. Also, if it was a true legal matter, it would be sent in writing by certified mail or via a hand-delivered summons.

Did you call the number and ask who filed the restraining order you should be served I would call the police and ask if it is legit. You can also call the clerk of the court and find out if a restraining ordet was filed. A law office should give name of person filing restraining order. Of course if you went downtown on something bogus your home could get robbed
