COLLEGE HELP ASAP! NEED HELP ON PLANNING FOR COLLEGE?

im a sophomore without a plan, just like about everyone else in my grade. I want to go to an above average school around Philadelphia which is where i live but also around New York city/ Washington dc. My subject strengths are history, international studies, psychology, and English. I am looking to either go to law school, or becoming a diplomat which interests me the most but i have no idea what steps to take. also how much do diplomats usually make? i can speak 4 languages english russian, ukrainian, german...... i didn't take my sat yet, however i go to tutoring for it each week but i have a GPA 3.5 which will be raised with ap classes next year. I also have a ton of extra curriculars which i could go in detail but no need. Im looking to go to a big city college/university and study something along the lines of international studies and dealing with other countries as well as business, a high paying job
