Commercial ticket impeding traffic?

I parked at the last pump at a travel plaza to use the facilities and swap with my other driver. Stopped for about 8mins came out and was being written up by a cop. He said at first the tail end of my trailer was over the double lines for the lanes next to the pump which I wasn't. Then said I didn't give enough room for a truck to make a turn. Then after a truck turned no problem he said I was blocking their line of sight. Kind of hard not to in a big rig. There was no lines I was over and no no parking signs...what are my chances of fighting and winning the ticket and does anyone know what kind of csa points that would be? ... By the way the cop was truely disrespectful calling me stupid and being completely unprofessional.

You can fight it and may win if the cop does not show for court, most of the time an officer will not for a non-moving citation. There should not be any points.

Just tell the judge the officer wasn't very nice to you. The judge will probably either feel sorry for you or laugh at you.
