Postby ezri » Wed Apr 06, 2011 7:30 am

I know each patent has a patent number, it is unique, if I have the patent number then I could find the patent. But now I only have a patent application number, how to find the patent using the patent application number?

Yes, you could.
You could go to http://www.patsnap.com/patents/index to do the search. You just need to choose the relevant database, then choose Application Number in the Field Search, input the patent application number in the following input box, click Run Search, you will get the answer.

Check with the http://www.uspto.gov/web/patents/howtopat.htm or any other patent consulting firm like fulcrum patent solutions. I hope this helps.
