Hi Nobleman, here is the simple way to make the erring BSNL officials to make sweat and rectify your fault, first you simply dial BSNL braodband help line to register your complaint. After registering your complaint obtain the fault DOCKET number and note down it for further reference. Now according to the TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) regulations, any fault which is booked with the service provider should be cleared by 24 hours. So wait for 24 hours, if no action has been taken then follow the second step. In the second step you just find out the Name and E-mail of your area's BSNL Nodal Officer. You can find this by visiting BSNL official site of your state and by clicking the RTI (Right to Information) tab or Customer Grievances tab. Now send an E-mail to that respective Nodal Officer about your fault and don't forget to mention the DOCKET number obtained while booking your complaint. And in the end of your email just quote that "If immediate action not taken to rectify the fault I'll approach Consumer Grievances Cell for justice".
