I have been encountering a lot of problem with the present intent service provider who are not doing the correct thing to rectify my issue. Whenever I start my system for browsing it shows page cannot be displayed . Hence I wanted to complain in customer service center where those people kept me busy with pinpointing someone in top and bottom floor. But nothing has happened so far. I have also registered the complaint so far. I have also registered the complaint . Hence I would like to complain the same in the public grievance cell to uphold the trust which I had with them. Do you ever face problems like this?

It seems these customer service problem is everywhere when it comes to ISP. My problem that I use to complain is the frequent disconnection of my modem to the provider. Until now and after several calls to their customer service center, they cannot rectify this problem.

More times than I can count. I do not know why I put up with my internet service provider. A few months ago we started having issues with our ISP. Our connection was iffy for several months because our place was flooded. It took them months before they could restore the connection but still there were issues. What incensed us was that we were still being billed for days that there were no service. It would take me several calls before they would send technicians. I would get into shouting matches with their CSRs. Until now, we still have the same problems. I would probably lose my voice by the end of the year with all the complaining that I do.

Hi Nobleman, here is the simple way to make the erring BSNL officials to make sweat and rectify your fault, first you simply dial BSNL braodband help line to register your complaint. After registering your complaint obtain the fault DOCKET number and note down it for further reference. Now according to the TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) regulations, any fault which is booked with the service provider should be cleared by 24 hours. So wait for 24 hours, if no action has been taken then follow the second step. In the second step you just find out the Name and E-mail of your area's BSNL Nodal Officer. You can find this by visiting BSNL official site of your state and by clicking the RTI (Right to Information) tab or Customer Grievances tab. Now send an E-mail to that respective Nodal Officer about your fault and don't forget to mention the DOCKET number obtained while booking your complaint. And in the end of your email just quote that "If immediate action not taken to rectify the fault I'll approach Consumer Grievances Cell for justice". Now it's the time for you to sit and watch the show. If you face any further problem or want any help let me know.
