Declining To Follow A Traffic Device

Live-in oregon and was driving home yesterday and ripped up to and including end sign.came to some total end, appeared and also to my view appeared to be sufficient space to become good but got stopped and reported beneath the principle ORS 811.265 appeared as if a 811.765. but discovered it was 265. Anyhow policeman pulls me around claims that i stop the woman which was moving forward the road. he actually explained i ceased good? And so I was interested if this may be deemed a breach of the traffic-control device?

ORS 811.265 states (simply):





Estimating ORS 811.265
Failure to follow traffic-control system; fee.
(1) A person commits the crime of driver failure to follow traffic-control system when the individual drives an automobile and also the individual does the following:
(a) Does Not follow the instructions of any traffic-control device.(t) Does Not follow any particular traffic-control system defined in ORS 811.260 within the way expected by that section.



Observe that ORS 811.260(11) states

(11) End indicators. A driver approaching an end signal will cease in a clearly marked stop line, but when none, before entering the designated crosswalk about the near part of the intersection or, when there is no designated crosswalk, then in the stage nearest the intersecting roadway where the driver includes a view of approaching traffic about the intersecting roadway before entering it. After ending, the driver will provide the best of method to any automobile within the intersection or approaching so closely regarding represent an immediate risk in the period once the driver is going across or inside the intersection.



The official may state that thatis everything you didn't do (deliver the best of way). But, it seems you could have already been created up under 811.260 or 265. I'd visit the reading and find out if you're able to have it decreased to "impeding traffic".
