Do cops have access to MTO information or ticket information? (Ontario)?

If you were pulled over and a cop was looking at your record in his car, would they be able to see the MTO record of your previous tickets or the original ticket?
For example, if you had a ticket for speeding and it was reduced and documented in MTO files as 0 demerit points, would the cop see 0 demerit points or the original demerit points?
