Oregon juvenile ticket information?

Postby ned » Sat Nov 23, 1996 7:39 pm

My dumba$$ son has had his license less than 2 months and he got pulled over for 1)running a red light, 2)going 50 in a 30, and 3)having another minor in his car. What can I do so he can keep his license and not raise my insurance? His father and I are divorced and he doesn't pay child support so my son has a job to help out. He also drives his sister to school and back and to her after school activities, he's also attending college full time at age 17. I work full time and am also in college working on my masters degree. It would really screw up our schedule and he would lose his job if he lost his license. Any suggestion? He realizes he screwed up and is very sorry, I'm going to make him go to traffic school as soon as I find one locally, I don't think taking it online would have the same impact, I want him to sit in a class.

"My dumba$$ son"? What a lovely mother...

Anyways, contact a traffic lawyer and let them handle the situation.
