Do I Have A Chance At Gaining Custody?

Postby Gwylim » Thu Apr 03, 2014 11:46 am

We don't take kids from parents simply because the parent is bad. Yet another reason the machine must be reformed. I believe it's incorrect to put a young child having a guardian who can't take care of themselves. It's not within the needs of the children to reside with a guardian who can't help themselves or the children. Often that parent is within their conditions by their very own bad decision-making and consequently we choose that same parent to create decisions for a young child... And the cycle repeats. An additional cause the survival statistics and single-mother statistics therefore strongly reflect one another. Subsequently mom informs kid when you grow older if you've an infant itis okay cause you obtain a check in the gov to take care of it. You also get CS from your own baby-daddy. All we gotta do is relax and benefit from the ride.

It doesn't. We do not take children away from parents just because the parent is poor.

No- not even conceivable;  many people lose their homes;  they don't lose custody as a result.

Do I Have A Chance At Gaining Custody?

Perhaps you have questioned your son or daughter who she really wants to stay with? In my opinion you mentioned that she's 12 yrs old. Occasionally an older kid is glued to 1 parent more, and by getting her in the united states it could do harm to her psychologically. It's a tough choice, you'll want the kid's curiosity about brain. I'm just like a woman must be together with her mom. It's good to listen to that you simply help whenever you can.

Do I Have A Chance At Gaining Custody?

Postby Berk » Wed May 07, 2014 2:51 pm

Yes, thats understandable, and probably a good policy in most cases. It just really bothers me that my daughter is soon to be homeless and I cant help her..not to mention the fact that my ex cant afford to feed her and refuses to get help from anyone, leaving my daughter malnurished, shes 12 and having issues with her back and legs. Thank you very much for your imput, I am treading in unfamiliar waters here and any advice is very valuable to me.
