My ex-wife, who lives in MD was awarded the marital home in the divorce...despite the fact that economically, my title may be the just one about the mortgage. She declined to have it looked after and has since not created any kind of home cost for over annually. Of coarse, the financial institution has become forclosing around the home. She's no real ideas regarding where you can opt for my 12-year old daughter, and consequently, placing my daughter in danger. I'm concerned about my child, who's visiting me in NE at the moment. Im thinking if it'd be concievable that I could easily get emergency temporary custody of her so I wont have to send her back once again to MD.

I've read of NCPs in different states having the ability to get useful custody by obtaining some kind of protection from abuse order within the NCP's state that essentially determine kid for the NCP--seems a stretch in my experience-especially regarding abuse if there clearly was any couldn't have been in NCPs state--but-its been done---

Its quite a complex problem, I didnt fight her for custody within the first-place, making me a moron. Iam guess I need certainly to get her back once again to court for custody. Which just presents more questions.I was just thinking the way the budget and the capability to offer a young child plays out in court.

We don't take kids from parents simply because the parent is bad. Yet another reason the machine must be reformed. I believe it's incorrect to put a young child having a guardian who can't take care of themselves. It's not within the needs of the children to reside with a guardian who can't help themselves or the children. Often that parent is within their conditions by their very own bad decision-making and consequently we choose that same parent to create decisions for a young child... And the cycle repeats.
