Do you know the texas laws on giving body peircings?

I have always loved doing piercings Ive done most of my own and some for a few friends and I was thinking I could make some money doing it but out of my homw instead of working for someone else.

Does anyone know the laws on who can do piercings and whether you must be certified to do them?

And if so do you know how to go about it without apprenticing? Maybe an online course or something..
