Obama will end in court, they are already filing lawsuits.
We have 9% minimum unemployment in America call it THIRTY MILLION Americans and rather then work on the economy Obama caters to Illegals for a few illegal votes, THIS is a main reason that voters should be required to produce ID. You have to produce it to drive, buy cigarettes get food stamps and welfare, you have to show a valid ID to buy Liquor or even go into a bar but one of the most important things we do VOTE and all you have to do is show up say you're so and so whether you are or not and you're handed a ballot.

All Obama is doing by this insanity is guaranteeing another wave of illegals who only have to say Si Senior I was brought here by my parents, Si Senior here is my High School Diploma just printed up on my nice Apple laptop.

NO.
Listen, I was born in India. There is no more populated land on earth. There are poor and rich. No middle class there. You become immune to the sight of starving, dieing people all over. You keep walking.
The government there is corrupt but things are improving.

Being an illegal is no excuse for thinking that the US OWES you a good life. They don't. I waited in lines, became very patient and followed all rules to get my visa for school. I got a medical check, took the drug test, agreed for the US to perform a criminal check on me. I produced enough money to show I could pay for college with my parents help. I did everything I was told. I respected the process of becoming a LEGAL IMMIGRANT. When I graduated college, I went back to India because visa expired. The company where I did my internship made it possible for me to return to the US and work. I complied with all rules, got my green card, waited again to take the citizenship test.

Being illegal does not earn them the right to get jobs because they didn't get arrested and they finished school. I did not come with my hands out, I came to offer my knowledge and I am grateful to the US for every opportunity I earned. I did it LEGALLY.

The dream act is not for illegals. Illegals and their demanding arrogance are an insult to all LEGAL immigrants. I do not proudly wave the flag of India. I do not make Americans speak Hindi to me on the phone. I am thankful every day I wake up a US citizen and the US is MY FLAG.

Illegals are an insult to LEGAL immigrants.

i support it, to deport these kids who have had their whole life here especially when they had no say in the choice that was made by their parents is inhumane, sometimes you have to have some compassion.

Yes I support.

Since the children were raise in the US they are socially "American" because that is the country they are raised in. To send them back to their home country would be like sending them back to a foreign land. I say they are socially American by association but are illegal. Giving them a work visa is a great and human thing to do.

Thank you Mr. President.

U S A U S A U S A U S A 4 more years.

It's unfair to Americans by depriving them of jobs.
It's unfair to legal immigrants who have spent money and time to come legally.
"Dreamers" should be made to pay back the cost of their education at international student rates.
If granted work visas that should be after all legal applications are processed and within quotas voted by Congress.

No.

Because they have no right to be present in the US. Humanitarian concerns ignored, they have no right to be here.

29 is not "young" by any stretch of the imagination. It's not the US's job to be the "parent" and allow a 29 year old to claim innocent victim. Let the government of their country of origin be their parent.

If someone is illegally present in the US, to say they can't speak the language of their country of origin is a flat out lie. They can and do speak it because they live in neighborhood hovels full of other like minded illegal aliens. That's the only way they survive is by living amongst and learning from other illegals. It might be a different version of the language, like Konglish or Spanglish, but it's certainly not a big deal. Puerto Ricans communicate just fine with Spaniards and Puerto Ricans speak the crappiest most ghetto Spanish in the world. Quebec Canadians speak a version of ghetto French but they could go to Paris and be just fine.

Regardless of what the President wants, he's not following what 75% of the citizens want. Americans want illegals deported regardless of their country of origin or how they entered. They don't want amnesty.

To say illegals perform work that citizens don't want is BS. All you have to do is travel to any Southern State (MS, AL, FL, TX, AZ, CA, etc) and see all the unemployed white and black construction workers who lost their job to an illegal who takes 1/4th the pay and does substandard work.

The US already had a viable and workable labor visa that farmers are too stubborn to use because they'd rather claim "dumb farmer without an education can't fill out paperwork" over taking responsibility over their employees. If you can afford to hire even 10 illegal aliens, you probably bought out at least 3 other farms and you're NOT a "simple farmer". You've just made yourself a cog in the corporate wheel of Montsanto, Smithfield, Tyson or some other greedy corporation and that corporation has more than enough tools in their lawyer's chest to get you employees from over the Rio.

And finally, the criteria itself.

As if NOT getting arrested and STAYING in FREE school (only a high school diploma is required) is NOT an accomplishment. It's what's expected in a rational society.

So being a 29 year old high school graduate and never being arrested is all it takes?

Seriously? THAT'S an ACCOMPLISHMENT WITH A REWARD?

That's the criteria we use for Diversity visa winners from Africa, where they still eat ants, live in mud huts or tents and use a machete as a major warfare tool when they're not raping 11 year old little girls and making their 10 year old brothers into drug smugglers. And make no bones about it. The vast majority of these people are Mexican or funneled through Mexico. And Mexicans don't deserve DV or refugee status for being too weak to hang onto their own country.
