wanted to know if i have to give my crew break every four hours as a requirement of florida labor law?

there are some states that mandate breaks, Florida is NOT one of them

No. There are no Florida labor statues regarding breaks.

Federal law requires employers who offer breaks of twenty minutes or less to pay employees for them.

Absolutely! They should be given 10-15 minutes after two hours, a lunch after 4 hrs, Nother break at six hours.

The labor board will give you a list of these rules, but they are common sense, people need breaks.....they are not machines, eh?

Leo D is very wrong. In Florida its solely up to the employer to provide breaks or not. There is no law requiring breaks.
