For specifics you will need to contact the agency that regulates workers' compensation in your state. Laws vary from state to state. As a general rule, if the injury occurred while "on-the-clock" it does not matter your location. Home, work or otherwise....the main factor is whether or not you were working on the clock.
My statement assumes that you are actually an "employee" and not just an independent contractor. Many people who work from home in your situation are independent contractors. If you receive a W-2 each year, then you are considered an employee. If you receive a 1099 as your tax document, then you are an independent contractor and most likely you will not have workers' compensation coverage.
