Dss Sharing False Accusation By Child Post-firing Of Parents Rights

To produce a long story quick.
My child,which we threw in the towel parental rights, has been petitioned for custody by my parents, which is okay and reside in Del.
The va DSS delivered a notice to the DSS in Del. which totall thru my parents underneath the coach and included quite a few lies.
My mom has noticed this notice and is attempting to receive a backup.
Is this proper for Virginia DSS to provide some thing comparable to this understanding it's unsafe allegations?

I do not believe you do realize really - seriously, it results in as though youare looking for a legal loophole so you might have use of a young child who's nothing to you in any way, officially speaking.

I dont know how this got switched around but, I know she's not our child.
We've no-contact understand and dont desire to have any in the long run.
