And so I possess a few dilemma scenarios that I had been wanting to get some guidance on.<br />

(He obviously just gives 300) He currently has dropped his work and it is funding money from the buddy to pay for rent this month. We are equally about the lease.<br />

I also don't possess the cash to protect his share. I understand I will consider him to small-claims afterword but I'd would rather not need ahead up using the money.<br />
