Eviction in Atlanta Georgia?

I live with my sons aunt. I have a 1 yr old and a.4 yr old. She is in the army and said she.doesn't have to evict me.because of being military. Is that true or does she still have to go through the process. I live in Atlanta Georgia. She is upset because I won't give her my FoodStamp card to go shopping with so she said she will have my stuff packed on Friday because that's when I get FoodStamps. Pls help. Thanks.

If you have a signed lease agreement and you are paying your rent on time you cannot be evicted. If you are living in her house without a rental agreement and without paying rent she can do anything she wants to do. It's her house.
