My boyfriend lived in Gainesville, Ga. He moved to Savannah, GA because he got hired at Gulfstream. He acquired an apartment.
5 months later, Gulfstream let him go for no specific reason. Now he is stuck.
He is unemployed and cannot afford rent of 850. He only gets 200 a week from unemployment. He gave a notice of intent to vacate letter to the apt mgmt but he still cannot pay what they want. Which is two months rent and a breaking the lease fee. Which is 3 months rent. So, eviction is inevitable.
