EVICTION PROCESS......?

We were suppose to be out on the 21st but because we paid a month of back rent the landlord gave us until the 31st, now he says if we are not out the sheriff will be here to remove us but we have not gotten another eviction notice from any sheriff. Arent we suppose to get one before a sheriff can come and try to remove our property?

He will execute the eviction of the 21st. There does not have to be another one.

If the landlord has gone through the proper channels, the sherriff doesn't need to give you an eviction notice. The one from your landlord would be sufficient for the sherriff to throw you out.

he will need a court order to get he sheriff. If you haven't been served with a court date, the sheriff will not be there.
