Failure To Yield To A Certified Automobile

Postby Grufydd » Tue Mar 11, 2014 4:31 pm

My problem requires a traffic citation in the state-of: IL
Righy of Method (625 ILCS 5/11-907)
Although touring EAST bound on a two lane freeway I observed a "blacked-out" team car on the neck of the EAST bound lane. I also observed a team with lamps on inside the NORTHWEST bound street experiencing NORTHWEST with an automobile stopped before him. After I stopped in the stop sign I was experiencing I proceed past the officer about the shoulder in my own EAST bound lane and handed the officer in the NORTHWEST bound lane while taking over onto the shoulder around possible. After I handed the officer in the NORTHWEST bound street the officer with all his lights off switched them on and pulled me around for "Not yielding to an urgent situation car". I've browse the regulation above numerous occasions and the way in which it says, used to do nothing wrong. Please I'd like to know if this really is worth fighting when I don't need a charge on my report that's bogus. I also don't wish to spend the unfamiliar good or free my license.

Failure To Yield To An Authorized Vehicle

Postby Croslea » Thu Mar 13, 2014 5:58 pm

The quotation doesn't state which vehicle, but whilst the law says it surely shouldn't matter because the East bound vehicle had no-light or audibles and the West bound vehicle was fixed on the two-lane street where I couldn't go nor was I aimed to stop.
