Filing Chapter Seven

Postby mace » Thu Dec 12, 2013 2:16 am

I'd like totally everybody to know i went to baknruptcy court this morning, to get my waiver accredited for the filing charge on my chapter seven...the judge ruled in my favor, and I filed my own papers for chapter 7, no attorneys prices, no filing prices. And was informed i did an excellent profession. Not bad for someone with significantly less than a 7th grade schooling...And i am 66. Sorry i am tooting my private horn...

Congratulations.
None of our judges have approved a fee waiver yet.
Good luck, I hope it all goes smoothly for you.
