First time home buyer in Singapore, needs help with property purchase?

For first time buyers right if you borrow hdb loan, how long is the payment terms, are you able to choose the terms for example i know that the bank cannot loan you more than 33% of your income per month and I am looking to buy a 3room flat that cost around 150k. I have 35k grant, 70k CPF, So i only need Bank loan for about 60k and I want to repay my loan within 6 years... how much would hdb loan charge in percentage for the loan of my requirements?
