I would In no way acquire insurance from this co. They have taken 7 weeks to settle an insurance claim from a fender bender. Very first of all, The adjust(Mr. Newton) did not call me for 2 weeks. I am a customer of theirs for over 2 years. I have had a long, arduous process of a home robbery claim. First, they keep you on hold for an unacceptable length of time when calling customer service for claims(10 minutes plus each time I called.) I needed to go down to the police station and receive the police report MYSELF and send it to them. Then, when called asking about my check 6 weeks after my loss, I was told only the jewelry was listed on the claim(this was after I met with an adjuster at my home to go over an entire list of items) The representative did not submit these items on my behalf - only the jewelry! Six weeks after my loss, I am still waiting for the initial "jewelry only" check(p.s. the limit is only $1,500 unless you make provisions otherwise - something you don't realize until AFTER a loss) and my "supplemental" check for the long list of electronics and personal items the robbers got away with! All in all, it has been way too long of a process for an already emotionally upsetting event. I don't think it usually takes this long to be paid on a straight-foward home robbery claim with neighbor witnesses and police reports.   eileend 25 months ago

I have used Tower Insurance Company of New York and am satisfied with them. I have been using Tower Insurance Company of New York for almost a year now, and have been satisfied. I would give my full recommendation to use them.I use them mainly for both my business and personal property insurance. We also have a commerical umbrella policy through them.We did a lot of research and they seemed to have the most competitve rates in the area.
