How can I see all of my past traffic violations?

Postby hawiovi » Wed Mar 07, 2012 8:17 am

It's been a long time since I got any tickets and I have a few people that are looking for exact dates (jobs applications, insurance companies, etc) for all of my tickets. I don't have the slightest recollection of when those were. Some are going as far a wanting the exact day it was issued. I'm pretty sure I went to traffic school for all of them so they have never shown up on my state's MVR. How do I find those tickets? I have since moved to another state so going to the local DMV is not an option. Any way I can find a report without having to pay some online company $50?

every state's DMV has a means by which to obtain your complete driving record. YOu complete a form and send in a money order for their fee--$20 maybe--then they mail a true copy of your complete record. You don't have to "go" to DMV to get the record. Also, if you have an insurance agent, he or she can obtain your record wiht the click of a mouse. Free.
