Traffic violations on a atv (dirtbike) NYS?

ok i bought a used dirtbike and i live in a trailer park located on a highway . i decided to take a little ride down a stretch of grass beside the road not on the shoulder or gravel just on the grass maybe 6 feet away from the shoulder ... i was in first gear going about 15 mph and i got stopped by a state trooper i explained myself and what was going on to the officer and gladly pulled over and he gave me 3 tickets which are : Unregisterd motor viehcle / uninspected motor vichele / and operation violation on a permit only ...... im 100% guilty of the unregistered one on the other hand i took my dirtbike to the local dealer and a dirtbike cannot be inspected luckily the cop let the uninsured ticket go and under the state law on nys dmv my dirtbike vin number was ran and is valid as an atv its a suzuki its not a japanese fake kymco etc ... so on the nys dmv it says that to operate an atv you myst be 16 or older and it does not require a liecense or permit and if your under 16 you have to have a atv safety course now im 17 years old almost 18 so i have court in 2 days im wondering what the judge will do i will plea guitly to the unreg im just wondering what they will do about the 2 other odd tickets that i shoudnt have ???

They only need to snag you on one. They'll drop the other two and hit you with the unregistered vehicle.

You could ask for a "prayer for judgment" which is basically a free pass for first time offense but I'd save it for something more serious.

They'll make you pay a fine and be on your way.
