Wouldn't it be nice if we didn't have to go through these extra legal steps to ensure our loved ones would get what is rightfully his/hers? SIGH.... There are lots of online resources for legal documents including wills. HOWEVER, under the circumstances and given the attitude in AR, I'd recommend spending the few hundred dollars to have a lawyer write it up and make sure it is WATER-TIGHT legal.
