Quite Easily Any will, even an oral will is valid. However, if anyone contests it, the problems begin(probate). Therefore a written will is best. A handwritten will is valid, but it is better to ?type? up a will & sign a copy; with the signatures of 2 witnesses. A library would have a book on wills or legal documents or one will be available at a book store if you wish to buy a book. There are sample legal forms, wills included, in many stores in the office section. Maybe a friend has a will that you can look at the format. www.legalzoom.com www.consumeronly.com www.uslegalforms.com www.findlegalforms.com www.thelawlibrary.com www.findforms.com I typed ?legal forms? into a search engine & these are only a few that came up. Do you have any children? This would change everything. Pales 64 months ago Please sign in to give a compliment. Please verify your account to give a compliment. Please sign in to send a message.
