Enterprise rent-a-car is discriminatory against single parents in their hiring practices. They have no reason to do so and a single parent could work their comfortably. However, they purposefully structure their work schedules to exclude single parents. When I interviewed, they asked very little of my qualifications and focused on my personal life. When I told the district manager I had a child, he said that only assistant managers could take time off for their kids. I didn't tell the VP during the third interview I has a child, but I'm sure he knew. He also only wanted to ask about my personal life. He even told me that I would be better off waiting tables, but I have a bachelors degree. I'm still upset that I wasn't given a fair chance at this job. How do I file a class action lawsuit?
