So I'm wondering if there's any way for a group of graduates to sue a for-profit college for selling them a service (education) for 100k dollars, and have that education lead to nowhere. I know many kids I went to school with who are in that situation, and I know there are a lot of students from other colleges in the same boat.
If it were possible I imagine it would have to do with their marketing, figuring out the statistics they fed us to "prove" our degree would pay off. As well as how our 100k tuition was barely spent on improving the school, and how the CEOs of these schools get most of the money.
Anyway, I'm not sure I'd even want to do it. I was just curious if a group of graduates could get together and sue a school for their tuition money, and succeed.
