How does one file a class action lawsuit?

This is in regards to www.fitnessblowout.com So many people are having issues with refunds, being over charged etc. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I wish I would have seen this site: www.trustpilot.com

I bought a treadmill in April 2010 and am once again trying to get a refund on an upgrade package I do not want nor need and for being overharged for the unit that was quoted me.

The you get togethor with a group of victims, and contact a law firm, who might take the class action lawsuit on, for a no win no fee basis. If the case is a sure win, they will do it.
