Between January 2004 and January 2007, 32,000 men were forced to take an invasive test that involved sticking a cotton swab inside the men's urethras without their consent.
In a settlement reached, the Cook County Board agreed to pay $3.2 million dollars to resolve the allegations. They did this to me 2 times! Where's my CUT?

You need to make sure you are listed on the class action. There should be a law firm that you can contact (call the county to find out the name). The final amount will be less attorney fees and expenses, probably about $2 million or so. At that point it depends how many are listed in the class (not everyone will be) and if you missed the deadline for filing with the attorney. They should have been required to place several ads regarding this matter.
