How do I get involved in the class action lawsuit against Credit Solutions?

I just heard about Attorney General Cuomo of New York filing a lawsuit against Credit Solutions, the debt relief company. I live in NY and was a customer of Credit Solutions a few years ago. I paid them about 2K overall and they never helped me settle any debt. How do I get involved in the lawsuit?

If this is a class action lawsuit you'll recieve something in the mail stating if you want to part take in the lawsuit or not. However, this might be a different lawsuit that in turn won't benefit the past customers, but either shut down the company or effectively change how they operate.
