The only one EVER happy with class action lawsuits, are the lawyers. They're the only ones who ever make out. Everyone else gets a check for ones of dollars.

That's how it works.

Which one? There are numerous class action suits filed against Aetna. I typed "Aetna life insurance policy class action lawsuit" into a search engine and got 106,000 results.

Class action suits often result in a multimillion dollar pay day for the attorneys and insignificant payments to the class action plaintiffs. I've seen class action judgments where the attorney pockets $3,000,000. and the plaintiffs receive a coupon to be redeemed next time one purchases something from the defendant. Wow.
