My ex-husband is stalking by litigation. He is constantly taking me to court wanting more time than our joint custody agreement provides for. He nearly destroyed me emotionally 2 years ago when after a year of separation he forced his way into my home and sexually assaulted me. He spent a mere 43 days in jail and 3 years of probation. He refuses to provide any transportation for our daughter even though he won the choice of schools where the bus drops her at his house and I have to drive 25 minutes each way. I am moving away from all of this and desperately want my daughter with me. Any suggestions?? He is such a consumate sociopath and liar that it seems he always wins. Thanks for the input
