i got sued along with walmart by some lady, how long till i get a court date? it wont be at a small claims court due to walmart being involved , or will our trials be seperate?

There is a 99% chance it will never get to the point where you need to make a court appearance. The lawyers almost always negotiate and settle. It could take a month or a year. Seriously.

but there should be a local # for attorneys where you live
most don't mind and most give free consultation

It depends it could be months or even years as long as it within the statute of limitations for that state.
It may involve separate law suits or a combined suit for both you and the store.

You are being sued by Walmart?
Assume the position.
Put your head between your legs, start praying, and hope your death won't be painful.
* Court dates would not be my concern.
