How much will my Avandia settlement be?

Well not for me, but for my Grandpa. He's in like a class action lawsuit or mass tort or something against GlaxoSmithKline - the manufacturers who make avandia. He has diabetes and took this medicine for a couple of years and had a heart attack. We saw the commercials on TV and were wondering.

That's a good question. You won't actually know the amount until the Settlement has concluded. For Avandia Lawsuit settlement information check the link - they quote some figures.

45.000 And if your papaw lawyer had to get his medical history you have pay for that. And lawyer also gets 1/3. so let's open we get half. Still won't cover medical bill.......we got screw! That one disease they should done had a cure for. But cure's dont make money

That's a question he should ask his lawyer. If he hasn't got one, he needs to get one.

We can't answer. It depends on two many factors. His age, the damage done to his heart, how much disability he has, etc.

But it also depends on how much money is available and how many people it has to be divided between.
