if you employ a genuine estate agent, tell them that you're in-charge as their company, just before signing a record contract with terms reasonable to you.as the vendor, you're in control. you merely need certainly to choose if you wish to sell today for less money, or wait for a much better price in the future, and perhaps set some money in to the home for changes, lot split, etc. if builders are catching up land within the immediate region, they'll ultimately must pay the price YOU want.
