I have cdl, and had a speeding ticket 65 in a 60 Mph zone. what do I need to do to keep it off my record?

Not sure what state you live in, but in NC we have a defensive driving course that you take and complete. It's only a one time thing for a couple hours, in which they will reduce the charge to improper equipment and you just pay court cost but no points. Since that is so low, you could also try talking to the DA or get a lawyer to have it reduced.

TAKE A DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE AND THE TICKET WILL NOT GO ON YOUR DRIVING RECORD. ALSO YOUR INSURANCE SHOULD NOT GO UP. :)
