I'm a driver i had a little fender bender and my company ask me to take a drug test?

do i have to clock out, is'nt the company suppose to pay me while i'm being drug tested i work in california and heard its a state law that employees don;t have to clock out when being drug tested and even when you get hurt on the job so who's right

The drug test is on company time and company expense if you let it happen during normal hours. If you agreed to go there after work, that is another story.
