I BELIEVE I HAVE A CASE AGAINST THE US GOVERNMENT/FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. I DON'T WANT TO GIVE ANY DETAILS HERE FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO PROCEED, WHO TO CONTACT, RECOMMENDED AND SUCCESSFUL CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT LAWYERS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS.

the federal government has to accept being sued by you for it to actually happen, so unless you have a very strong case I would not advise it. The process will cost a lot and might yield not benefit to you at all. However, if your mind is set, I would contact a lawyer and get to reading on constitutional law.

your first step would be to find a lawyer and to convince them to take your case. however, um, I hate to burst your balloon but generally the federal government is immune from suits by its citizens.

I've got news for you. The US government is broke. We have no money. We are deeply in debt. Even if you won your case, it would do you no good. Why waste money on a lawyer?
