Start by spelling college correctly. Secondly, you can't get a dual degree. JD is not an undergrad program. You need a pre-law. If you want my advice, I would get a bachelor's degree in English or language of some kind (you'll be doing a lot of reading in writing in law), study a lot for your LSAT, apply to Law School, get your JD, graduate, go back and get your Ph.D in criminal justice. So if you really want your J.D and Ph.D, it'll be end up being at least 12 years if you follow what I just told you, and that's assuming you go to school consistently.
