If the United States is a Christian Nation, should we base our laws on Biblical Law?

You can't pick and choose here, either we base our laws on ALL of the bible, or none of it. That means no working on Sunday, no cutting your hair, no planting crops in fields for more than seven years in a row, no eating shellfish, no wearing cloth of mixed fabric, woman can't vote of own property to speak in a man's presence. All of it.
And the 10 Commandments? Well, those won't work either. The first four are about worship, not morality, and nowhere is 'rape' mentioned. Should we then allow rape in the USA? Oh, wait, in Leviticus it says that if a man rapes a woman he has to pay her father 20 shekels and then has to marry her.
So, should be base our laws on the Bible? Should we have religious law just like Iran? Or can we agree religion should have nothing to do with secular law. Nothing.

First you have to know the difference between Old Testament Judaism and New Testament Christianity. You are confused between the two. You also don't know the difference between "rape" and "seduction."

Yes. Oh, if all young people would harken unto Holy Writ ! I think this injunction should be introduced in every state; it would radically improve home security:
Deuteronomy 21:18-21 King James Version (KJV)

18 If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:

19 Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;

20 And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.

21 And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

The Bible says nothing about traffic laws, about real estate law, about how corporations should be set up, or about patents and copyrights. I guess we'll have to get rid of large portions of current law codes and let people do whatever they feel like doing.

You asked a similar q, and the consensus is that the US is not a Christian nation even though there are a lot of Christians living here. The laws are not legislated with God or His way of life in mind, but on subjective, secular morality.
