Immigration question please help me?

is it any different if someone goes to tennessee to deal with a immigration case "petition" than in texas? maybe different laws, let me know,,,,serious question,,,need serious answers

its federal law ..and the same in every State

USCIS (Immigration law) falls under the federal laws so it applies to all states in the US. It does not matter which state you are in the same rules applies.

why you have to ask that here instead of inquiring in the town hall, why you dont have town hall over there where you are whose are more competent than the public contact like us?
