In 2009 My Workers Comp Case Was Settled With With ...

In 2009 My Workers Comp case was settled with with me recieving a settlement as well as lifetime medical for my injured arms. I just recieveda Notice of Hearing for a "Lien Conference" that I don't need to attend. What does this mean?

You know what a lien is ?  MAybe some medical expence is asking for payments?
