Incurred With 3rd Level Retail Scam

Incurred With 3rd Level Retail Scam

Postby Ezechiel » Tue Jan 21, 2014 1:33 am

My problem requires criminal legislation for their state of: MI. My boy only received a citation in the mail which he's being charged with third degree retail fraud. He and 2 other friends visited a gas station/shop. 1 friend was suppose to grab alcohol, my boy, stupidly was the diversion, and another the driver. My child visited the toilet, then to the table to purchase anything. The alcohol stealer went from the shop. My boy visited leave the store and his alleged friends left him in the store. My daughter went out and started initially to wander. No police arrived. A customer in the shop harassed my boy, which was it. He called another friend to choose him up. MY Issue is: can he be billed exactly the same despite the fact that his friends panicked and left him. He never experienced the vehicle using the stolen alcohol. I understand he was part of it, but I'm frightened. I actually do not understand what to complete. The solution says he's 2 weeks to create an appearance in court. Do I want an attorney for him? He's an excellent child, excellent football-player in senior school, thoughtful, caring. He made a terrible option. He is never experienced trouble with what the law states before. Please assist me. Thank you.

Like a knowing participant in a crime, he'll reveal the same charge.
