Info on class action settlement?

Postby jaren12 » Thu Mar 31, 2011 3:32 pm

I was involved in a class action lawsuit, it was wright v link us enterprises. I have searched for info, and all I know is, is that it was won. I can't get a response from the lawyer, and yes we do receive a big amount. It was 2.5 million, and 150 recipients. It was bases on how many weeks you worked for the company. My work weeks were almost 300..so quite alot. Does anyone know how to find any info, as to when we recieve the money, and how much..where do I go to find out?

if you are part of the class action, you should have been contacted throughout the proceedings by the lawyer(s) representing those in class for a number of things. you need to contact that lawyer to find out when the settlement is finalized and what they may need from you.

good luck and glad to hear you are being rightfully compensated!!!

Class action litigation is a necessary procedure to protect the public from unethical and improper business practices. Claim forms and more information for settlement can be found with Classaction litigation lawyer. so, it's better to consult with local attorney.
